Profile Summary
EcoRub AB is a Sweden-based company focusing on the development of ecological rubber. The Company’s principal product is EcoRub, which mainly consists of recycled rubber from tires and is bonded to polyethylene or polypropylene with patented copolymers. The Company develops its product, as a part of the Advanced pre-commercialization of Eco rubber materials (ACE) project. As of December 31, 2011, it operated through three wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Arbergo AB, engaged in the development, manufacturing and sale of work place mats; EcoElast AB, engaged in the development and sale of products made from EcoRub, and ProFarma AB, engaged in the sale of agriculture products.
